Welcome to Camp Equity!

Launched in the fall of 2020, Camp Equity is a 12 week virtual camp where students entering 6th – 12th grade engage with today’s most pressing social justice topics from nonprofit leaders who are creating a better world. Our camp combines inspiring presentations with intimate discussions about how topics relate to each individual’s life, allowing our campers to form close connections with youth from around the country.

Camp meets on Tuesday nights from September 8th – November 24th from 6:30-8 pm ET (3:30 – 5pm PT) and will bring in nonprofit leaders in areas such as the Black Lives Matter Movement, Immigrant Rights, Indigenous Justice, and Climate Change, to talk about how they are creating equity in the United States today. Upon enrollment each camper will be placed in a “cabin” where they will spend time each week meeting cabin mates from around the country, led by an experienced facilitator passionate about making the world a better place. Camp Equity will not only give campers exposure to some of the country’s most pressing issues, but a diverse and inclusive space within which to explore them as well assume of our country’s most challenging issues how they intersect with the lives of your community., all while making new connections in this virtual world!
