Christine Su (she/they) is an activist entrepreneur, currently leading Conversational Safety at Twitter, building product features that center women and marginalized communities, to support everyone feeling safe participating in the public conversation. Prior to that, Christine co-founded and was CEO of PastureMap, a software company helping farmers and ranchers fight climate change, used on 6 million+ acres globally. She led the company from inception in 2014 to successful acquisition in 2020. Before PastureMap, she was an operations executive at KKR Capstone in Asia, where she led teams driving operational initiatives at companies in $500M-2B growth stage. Christine started her career at McKinsey & Co in Hong Kong. Currently, she serves as a board member of Kitchen Table Advisors, a nonprofit serving primarily first-generation farmers, women, and farmers of color, and a voting member for the board of Greenpeace. Christine has three degrees from Stanford, including an MBA, an MS in Earth Systems, and a BA in Political Science.
